About PulseNotice

We watch the web, so you don't have to. PulseNotice is based in Austin, TX. We build an intent-driven website monitor: you name a public URL and a goal in plain language, and we email you when that goal is newly true.

What we do

Most change-detection tools fire when pixels move — cookie banners, visitor counters, rotating hero images. PulseNotice asks what outcome you care about: a price under $1100, “in stock”, a new job title, a clause on a vendor’s terms page. We fetch the public page (HTTP first, Playwright only on Pro+ when the HTML is a JS shell), extract those facts, and notify you with an evidence excerpt. We do not log into sites, solve CAPTCHAs, or send cookies to origin servers.

The product is a Chrome extension for capture, a dashboard for monitors and alerts, and email (plus an optional HTTPS notify webhook on Pro+ and Team). Plans run from a free tier through Pro, Pro+, and Team. Slack, Teams, SMS, and a public API with keys are not shipping; we will not advertise them until they do.

Why intent, not pixels

A screenshot diff is honest when you want a picture of any change. It is noisy when you already know the event: the price crossed $1100, the buy box flipped to in stock, a named clause moved. PulseNotice fingerprints those facts. The rest of the page can churn.
